Changes to mythic+ in season 4

Season 3 in Battle of Azeroth will begin on January 22nd, 2020.
- New Seasonal Affix, Awakened
- Item Levels from the End-of-Dungeon Chests and Weekly Mythic+ Chests, scaling up to +15.
- Operation Mechagon has been split into two parts (Junkyard and Workshop) and is now available on Mythic+
The Base scaling has increased again, but this time by a larger amount. Base Dungeon Scaling increased by 52.6%. This makes keys feel about 4.5 key levels harder than in Season 3.
Freehold, King's Rest and Operation: Mechagon have received dungeon tuning which can be seen in the Patch Notes.
