HOW TO OBTAIN THE LEGENDARY CLOAK

Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve is obtained during the Intro Questline to Patch 8.3. This quest line takes about 90 minutes to complete and near the end, you'll be awarded Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve!
Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve starts at a base item level of 470, 5 Corruption resistance and 20% sanity protection.
The Legendary Cloak Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve is an important part of Patch 8.3. The Legendary cloak has 15 ranks and can be upgraded by completing Horrific Vision quests. These upgrades will improve many of the Cloak's stats include its Item Level and Corruption Resistance, but also add new Procs and On Use effects!
In order to upgrade the Legendary Cloak, you must complete Wrathion's objectives in Horrific Visions.
