All our raids have fixed schedule. Please, locate the schedule in the options, select your preferred time of raid start and contact support via online chat to make sure that there are still places left for your preferred time. In case there is no schedule available in the options, just contact us via the online chat and we will provide all the information in few minutes. In case you have purchased the raid without contacting customer support and it turned out the raid is already full for your preferred time, we reserve the right to reschedule your raid without compensation. 

By default, you only receive Personal Loot which means that you will only get the gear dropped to your character and we will not trade any items to you. However, for some raids we have an option to assign additional traders to you for some extra charge. These additional traders are players matching your armor type that will trade you all the gear they receive during the raid. You will know the nicknames of your traders so you will be able to easily track all your loot. Make sure you contact customer support via online chat to make sure your armor type traders are available for your selected raid time. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee any traders are left for you and in this case, we reserve the right to reschedule your run for time when traders are available for your armor type. 

The item drop is totally random and is controlled by Blizzard. We cannot guarantee any specific number of items. However, purchasing loot traders when this option is available significantly increases your chances for loot. You can check the average number of items dropped for the current raid with the customer support via online chat. 

No. The only thing we ask you to do is to tag each boss at least once and it will be enough for you to receive the loot. We will never ask you to perform any specific actions for boss mechanics. You can just relax and get the desired loot/mount/achievements.

We will see your order immediately after you placed it. In case you have indicated your preferred raid time, and have already confirmed it with our customer support there is nothing else you should do. You will be invited in game in 5 minutes prior to your selected raid time. In case you haven’t contacted support agent to confirm your raid time before the purchase, please do it now and we will make sure you are on the list. If you purchased the raid and haven’t contacted us, we will make several attempts to contact you by email in order to confirm the start time of your raid. In case you fail to answer in 48 hours or in less than 12 hours prior to selected raid start, we reserve the right to reschedule your raid without compensation and will also notify you of doing so by email.
