Want to organize your own group instead of trying to join a random group in lfg? Want to push higher keys with your buddies but you don't have one yet? Or maybe you just want to upgrade your key to have a higher level key next week? It can surely be some other reason as well as there are hundreds of reasons why you might want your key to be upgraded. We will invite you to the party and will do as many runs as it takes to reach your desired key level. Become the master of your new high level key and decide what to do with it next!
25 MINUTES PER KEY
The average time for invite after the purchase is 10 minutes. The dungeon itself will take on average 25 minutes. We will try to get you through the key as fast as we can to upgrade it in minimum possible number of runs, thus, saving your time. You can check the exact timing by providing your chosen options to our online customer support agent.

REQUIREMENTS

• SELFPLAY
you will need to personally participate in the run. We will not be able to provide our pilot who will log into your account to complete this service.

• NO DUNGEON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
you don't need to have any specific gear level or knowledge of dungeon mechanics. Our team will use your key and will upgrade it to the desired level.

• 60 LVL CHARACTER
you need to have a 60-level character to be able to enter dungeons on mythic difficulty.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

• YOUR KEYSTONE UPGRADED
you will get team that will upgrade your keystone to the desired level. We will try to push every key for +3 to get the desired result ASAP.

• DUNGEON GEAR
you will get loot from end-of-dungeon chests during your run(s). There is only one item dropped per team usually, however, you will always get an additional item per team as you will be completing the keys whithin the time limit which increases the overall number of items dropped per dungeon to two.

• GEAR FROM GREAT VAULT
you will receive gear corresponding to the highest level key done from great vault. To maximize the variety of items to choose from in your Great Vault you should aim to complete 10 dungeons during the week. 

• CONDUIT/LEGENDARY/CENTURION
there is a personal chance to get Endurance, Finesse or Potency conduit, Legendary Powers and Centurion Power Core for your class/spec in the end-of-dungeon chest.

What happens after I buy the service?

For most dungeon services we will invite you in game in 5 to 10 minutes after the purchase. Please, also feel free to text us immediately after placing your order using the online chat as it will make the process go even faster. Just give us your order id for easier identification.

When I will be invited to the dungeon in game?
We will normally invite you in 5 to 10 minutes after the purchase. However, there are times of high service demand where you can experience some minor delays. You can always check the precise invite time with our customer support agent in the live chat at the bottom right corner of the website.
Do I get all the loot from the dungeon?
You will get all the gear that we are able to trade you and your character is able to wear. However, if you are, for example, a warrior and there is a cloth item dropped: although you are technically able to wear cloth as a warrior, we will not trade it to you as cloth armor is not designed for warriors. Our boosters will also change the specialization in order to maximize your loot chance if needed. We also always try to stack your armor type players to increase your chance for gear. Also, if there is a mount dropped in the run to one of our boosters, you can purchase it separately with a huge discount – just contact us in the live chat and we will provide all the details.
Why do all your services have “Self-play” requirement?

We do care about our customers’ security and, thus, we only provide dungeon service where you play on your character yourself. We will never ask for your account information to run dungeons for you.

What is your refund policy?
We always strive to provide only the best quality of service. However, if you feel something is not done the way it was described (for example, dungeon was completed not within the time limit while you purchased “Beating the timer” option or your purchased trader wasn’t able to trade an item), please contact us using the online chat and our manager will provide you will the solution. We can make a full refund at your will any time before the service begins. Once the service is done, we can offer a partial refund in case something was not as described. Again, this is a rare event but we will surely come up with a solution that will satisfy you.
