You will get pro raid team that will kill specific boss or bosses of your choice. You will be summoned and our team will take care of everything else. You can join the fight or just chill. Just make sure to pick up your loot. -

Personal Loot
The amount of loot you will get is totally random and fully depends on your luck, which we wish you the most. You will get all personal loot and chance to obtain gear via bonus rolls as well. -
Adding Loot Traders
There will be your chosen (in options) amount of loot traders of your armor type (cloth, leather, mail or plate), who are going to trade you ALL GEAR and WEAPONS they receive during the raid.

Selfplay
You will need to personally participate in the runs. We will not be able to provide our pilot who will log into your account to complete this service. -
No Raid Experience Required
You don't need to have any specific gear level or knowledge of raid mechanics. -
70 Lvl Character
You need to have a 70-level character to be able to enter Raid.
All our raids have fixed schedule. Please, locate the schedule in the options, select your preferred time of raid start and contact support via online chat to make sure that there are still places left for your preferred time. In case there is no schedule available in the options, just contact us via the online chat and we will provide all the information in few minutes. In case you have purchased the raid without contacting customer support and it turned out the raid is already full for your preferred time, we reserve the right to reschedule your raid without compensation.
The new loot system works in such a way that all items dropped from the boss are rolled between players. You have a chance to get an item by winning a roll. In order to be guaranteed to get loot, we recommend that you add "Armor type priority" or "Exclusive run" options to your order.
The item drop is totally random and is controlled by Blizzard. We cannot guarantee any specific number of items. However, adding "Armor type priority" or "Exclusive run" options will significantly increase your chances of getting loot. You can check the average number of items dropped for the current raid with the customer support via online chat.
No. The only thing we ask you to do is to tag each boss at least once and it will be enough for you to receive the loot. We will never ask you to perform any specific actions for boss mechanics. You can just relax and get the desired loot/mount/achievements.
We will see your order immediately after you placed it. In case you have indicated your preferred raid time, and have already confirmed it with our customer support there is nothing else you should do. You will be invited in game in 5 minutes prior to your selected raid time. In case you haven’t contacted support agent to confirm your raid time before the purchase, please do it now and we will make sure you are on the list. If you purchased the raid and haven’t contacted us, we will make several attempts to contact you by email in order to confirm the start time of your raid. In case you fail to answer in 48 hours or in less than 12 hours prior to selected raid start, we reserve the right to reschedule your raid without compensation and will also notify you of doing so by email.
Vault of the Incarnates Specific Boss carry is the best service to get the desired boss killed shortly. Thus, you have a chance can get the BiS item for your character in the shortest time. You can choose the Normal or Heroic mode of a specific boss boost. Our professional team knows all encounters and tricks to complete the service without wipes. The raid team will summon you to the boss room, so you don't have to go to the entrance yourself. The boss fight can take up to 15 minutes, depending on the specific boss.

Not only do the Normal and Heroic modes change the Ilvl of gear, but the VotI raid has three wings with their specific Ilvl:
- Eranog, The Primal Council, Sennarth and Terros - for Normal mode drops 389 Ilvl; for Heroic 402 ilvl.
- Dathea, Ascended and Kurog Grimtotem - for Normal mode drops 395 Ilvl; for Heroic 408 ilvl.
- Broodkeeper Diurna and Raszageth - for Normal mode drops 398 Ilvl; for Heroic 411 ilvl.
In addition, some bosses may drop unique loot higher for 6-7 Ilvl than the standard ilvl. For example, from Raszageth, you can get a Bow, which suits hunters very well.
