System and Champion Adjustments for Patch 25.22
Patch 25.22 brings significant updates to the game with numerous system and champion changes aimed at enhancing the gameplay experience. The following adjustments will go live on Wednesday, November 5th.
System Changes
- Rune and Item Buffs:
- Cash Back: Gold refund per legendary item purchase will increase from 6% to 8%, benefiting champions like Sion, Ivern, Twisted Fate, and Misfortune.
- Guardian: Base shield will increase, scaling from 45 to 180, with its AP ratio increasing from 15% to 25%. This is advantageous for supports such as Braum, Renata, and Rakan.
- Hail of Blades: Melee champions will experience higher attack speed, rising from 140% to 160%.
- Buffs to Other Runes and Shards:
- Bloodline Rune: Lifesteal per stack grows from 0.35% to 0.4%, increasing maximum lifesteal from 5.25% to 6%.
- Movement Speed Shard: Slight movement speed boost, now at 2.5% up from 2%.
- Tenacity Shard: Enhanced tenacity and slow resist from 10% to 15%.
- Nimbus Cloak: Movement speed escalates from a range of 14-40% to 15-45%.
- Triple Tonic: Gold from elixir increases from 40 to 60, and elixir of force adaptive damage rises from 12 to 18 AD and from 20 to 30 AP.
- Nerfs:
- Biscuits: Maximum health heal diminishes from 2% to 1.5%.
- Phase Rush: Slow resist reduced from 75% to 50%.
Champion Buffs and Nerfs
- Buffs:
- Aurelion Sol: Base movement speed goes from 335 to 340, while Q burst damage increases slightly.
- Blitzcrank: E cooldown reduced, providing an early to mid-game advantage.
- Yone: Q base damage gains a modest boost.
- Nerfs:
- Akshan: Lower base health and increased Q cooldown.
- LeBlanc: Health and armor growth decrease.
- Talon Jungle: Reduced passive monster damage.
- Volibear: Adjustments include higher base AD and armor, but reduced Q movement speed and E-monster damage.
Scarnner Adjustments
Scarnner receives a series of tweaks:
- AD Growth: From 3 to 4, and Q bonus AD ratio increased to 90%.
- Q Cooldown: Changes enhance its combat longevity.
- E Ability: Now scales with 70% AP, promoting new build possibilities such as Titanic Hydra.
