Why Marvel Rivals Endgame Is Not Available All Day
Path to Doomsday — Avengers: Endgame starts playable sessions on October 24, 2026, rather than remaining open continuously. Its event period began October 22 and ends November 26 at 09:00 UTC. Seeing the event panel before a session opens does not mean the mode is broken.
The launch-day sessions are 01:00–03:00, 10:00–12:00 and 18:00–20:00 UTC. Choose an actual play window before arranging a group. The promotion also offers Captain America’s The Winter Soldier costume for free, while Times Square has separate screening and photo rewards.

- The event opens October 22; the mode’s first sessions are October 24.
- The three published October 24 sessions each last two hours.
- The developer describes limited availability over four consecutive weeks. Check the live panel for subsequent dated sessions.
- The Endgame promotion ends November 26 at 09:00 UTC.

The dates and reward descriptions come from the official October 22 patch notes. They describe Endgame separately from the still-running Infinity War duo mode.
October 24 Sessions in UTC and Local Time
These conversions apply to the first published session date. In New York, the first UTC session is still Friday evening, October 23. Sydney’s last session falls on Sunday morning, October 25. Share the date along with the hour when inviting friends.
| Session | UTC | New York · EDT | London · BST | Sydney · AEDT |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Oct 24 · 01:00–03:00 | Oct 23 · 21:00–23:00 | Oct 24 · 02:00–04:00 | Oct 24 · 12:00–14:00 |
| 2 | Oct 24 · 10:00–12:00 | Oct 24 · 06:00–08:00 | Oct 24 · 11:00–13:00 | Oct 24 · 21:00–23:00 |
| 3 | Oct 24 · 18:00–20:00 | Oct 24 · 14:00–16:00 | Oct 24 · 19:00–21:00 | Oct 25 · 05:00–07:00 |
The patch notes say the mode runs for four consecutive weeks with limited sessions. Their explicit dated examples are the October 24 windows. Verify later dates in the live schedule rather than treating the overall November 26 event deadline as proof of an all-day queue.
📌 Keep the UTC hour when planning later weeks. London changes from BST to GMT on October 25, and New York changes from EDT to EST on November 1. Reusing October 24’s local hour after those changes can put your group an hour late.
Free Captain America Costume and Other Reward Paths
The update explicitly identifies Captain America — Captain America: The Winter Soldier as a free reward associated with the Endgame event. Open the current event panel, inspect its objectives and claim state, and work toward that specific reward.
The announcement does not provide a fixed match count or a complete unlock sequence for the costume. Do not rely on an invented “play one match” or “win five games” requirement. A match completed during an open session and an event reward successfully claimed are different states to check.
| What you want | Published route | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Captain America’s The Winter Soldier costume | The Endgame event’s free reward path. | Check its current event objectives and claim state. |
| Avengers: Endgame Gallery Card | Watch the Times Square Endgame screening continuously for two minutes. | Ordinary match time is not the stated viewing requirement. |
| 100 Units | Take an NPC group photo at the iconic scene photo walls outside the Avengers’ Gift Shop. | This is the current Endgame photo promotion, not the expired Infinity War offer. |
| Black Cat, Elsa or Jeff store cosmetics | Their separately listed store offers. | A free event costume does not make every adjacent bundle free. |
Times Square: Two Quick Tasks with Their Own Conditions
For the Gallery Card, go to the viewing area and watch the Endgame screening continuously for two minutes. If it does not register, check the screening’s name and whether the viewing was uninterrupted before repeating unrelated matches.
For the 100 Units, use the iconic scene photo walls outside the Avengers’ Gift Shop and take the group photo with the NPCs. Both Endgame Times Square activities run from October 22 at 09:00 UTC through November 26 at 09:00 UTC. The patch notes do not attach these Times Square tasks to the mode’s three daily launch sessions.
The older Infinity War Times Square promotion ended October 22. Its Avengers Emblem Spray should not be added to the new photo reward list: the Endgame notes specify 100 Units without that old Spray. Use the Infinity War guide for the active duo mode and Thor’s separate Infinity Finale reward.
If the Mode or Reward Is Missing
First identify the exact activity. If you want to play Endgame, compare the current UTC date and time with a listed session. If you want a Times Square reward, inspect the named screening or photo interaction instead. If you want the costume, check the event’s objective and claim panel.
Update the client before looking for the October 22 content. The publisher specified a patch-and-play update without planned server downtime. A restricted mode schedule is different from maintenance, and an event panel appearing outside a session is not by itself evidence of a server fault.
Halloween’s All Hallows’ Eve rewards also continue on their own schedule. The Halloween reward guide separates that event’s free and premium content. Keep each activity’s name and deadline attached to your collection plan.
FAQ
Why did the event begin October 22 but the mode open October 24?
The official notes give different starts for the wider event and its playable mode sessions. The October 24 sessions are the stated first opportunities to queue for the mode.
Is Endgame available all day?
No. The first published date has three two-hour UTC windows: 01:00–03:00, 10:00–12:00 and 18:00–20:00. Check the live panel for later weekly sessions.
Is the Captain America costume free?
The publisher identifies Captain America’s The Winter Soldier costume as a free Endgame reward. Inspect the event panel for its current objectives; the announcement does not specify a guaranteed one-match unlock.
How do I get the Endgame Gallery Card?
Watch the Endgame screening continuously for two minutes in Times Square’s viewing area during the promotion. The Infinity War screening belonged to the previous offer.
When does the Endgame event end?
November 26, 2026 at 09:00 UTC is the announced endpoint. That event period does not mean the mode is continuously playable until then.
