However, adventurers be wary: if you've secured a Heart of Doom recently, remember that you cannot claim another for five minutes.
Aiding players in their quest, Brother Luctus now appears in every zone affected by a Scourge Invasion. This spiritual projection offers a repeatable quest which players can accept and turn in, enhancing engagement with the invasions and providing rewards that are more accessible.
Remnants of Valor, a key item for many in-game advancements, now drop once daily from bosses in Scholomance and the Stratholme Dead Side, keeping the drop frequency identical to the Tarnished Undermine Realm. Players now have a streamlined path to gather these coveted items without having to engage in excessive farming, allowing for a more balanced gameplay experience.
In a welcome addition, players can now exchange their accumulated Remnants of Valor for Argent Dawn Valor Tokens through interactions with Brother Luctus, broadening the usability and importance of these items in the player's journey.
The developers have decided to slow down the progression of the Seal of the Dawn. Next week, the Seal will max out at rank 5 rather than rank 6. This slower progression is intended to reduce the demand for Remnants of Valor, aligning with the overall balance adjustments across the game.
To improve player movement within Naxxramas, new portals have been introduced. These include a portal at the entrance and another in the Frostwyrm Lair, activated post-Sapphiron defeat, which facilitate a quick return to the entrance, smoothing navigation through this challenging raid.
The haunting depths of Karazhan Crypts now also yield Remnants of Valor from bosses. Additionally, the Flametongue Totem has been tweaked to offer protection from Oppressive Darkness, and importantly, Ultravision cannot be removed by immunities anymore, ensuring sustained visibility in critical moments.
