Asked for something not on the site and they put together a plan for it within a day. Delivered exactly what we agreed.

full normal run done in one evening, cheers

rating went up way faster than doing pugs myself tbh

Odd request but they took it on without fuss and kept me updated the whole way

it was done faster than I expected

Cleared TWR with a static that clearly had it on farm. Ultimate weapon in hand after a single clear, very happy with it.

Four keys done for the week, vault filled up nicely

Keystone Legend done this season, finally have the title. Keys were pushed at a steady pace and the team timed every one I watched. Support answered fast whenever I asked about progress.

Bought the pack for my healer alt. All four keys done over two nights and the vault had three slots to pick from on reset.

Normal clear on my alt so she can start gearing, every boss down without a wipe.
