The Echo of Duriel had its increased drop rates for Uber Uniques reverted. This change was implemented in response to player feedback and the team's commitment to balancing the game.
A bug where caches from the Midwinter blight event were still dropping after the event had concluded has been fixed. This ensures that the event remains balanced and fair for all players.
The drop rates for Uber Uniques from Echo of Duriel have been doubled until January 8th. This temporary boost is aimed at helping players find that special piece of gear during the holiday season. Happy Holidays!
One of the most notable changes in this update is the update to Vampire Power. The duration of Metamorphosis unstoppable has been changed to a flat rate of 2.5 seconds at all power levels, removing the previous scaling mechanic. Additionally, the damage dealt by Vampire Power has been increased from 80%/120%/160% to 110%/180%/250%. These adjustments aim to improve the overall balance and effectiveness of Vampire Power.
A bug causing stability and performance issues with Charged Volts has been fixed. A cooldown has also been added when activating the release of Charged Bolts on stunned enemies. These fixes ensure a smoother gameplay experience for all players.
The guaranteed Lost Heirloom drops from Frigid Husks have been increased based on the World Tier:

Paragon Glyph experience rewarded from the Abattoir of Zir has been increased, with significant boosts for higher tiers. Here are some examples:

Additionally, Bloodseekers can no longer spawn with the Vampiric or Suppressor Affixes. This change affects both Bloodseekers encountered throughout the Season of Blood content and in the Abattoir of Zir. The structure of the earlier tiers of Abattoir of Zir has been reworked to provide a difficulty similar to Tier 90 Nightmare Dungeons, with the monsters rapidly scaling up to Tier 100 by Tier 10.
Furthermore, incoming damage throughout all tiers of Abattoir of Zir has been reduced by up to ~20% to ensure a challenging but fair gameplay experience.
A bug related to leveling Glyphs in the Season Journey has been fixed. Various performance and stability improvements have also been made.
An issue where certain skills had unintended interactions with the progression bar in the Abattoir of Zir has been fixed. This ensures a smoother progression experience for all players.
Blizzard continues to actively listen to player feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance the overall gameplay experience in Diablo 4.
