The Last Weekly Snapshot Before Cataclysm’s Pre-Patch
Fire Mage finished first in both 95th-percentile damage views, while Feral Druid led both all-percentile chart orders in this final Wrath-era Icecrown Citadel report. Feral and Fury Warrior completed the 95th-percentile top three.
The dates explain “final week”: the data covers the week of April 23, 2024, and Anshlun’s Wowhead report was published on May 1. Blizzard’s Cataclysm Classic schedule placed the pre-expansion patch on April 30 and the expansion launch on May 20, 2024. The boundary here is the pre-patch transition, rather than the later opening of level-80–85 progression.
Chart conditions: Heroic Icecrown Citadel, 25-player, all bosses, DPS, all item levels, one-week range, normalized-score aggregation and the partition labeled Phase 4.5. The four views combine overall damage or damage to bosses with either the 95th percentile or the all-percentile distribution.
The Complete 24-Category Results
The first position column determines row order. The other columns preserve their own charts’ displayed orders, making it possible to compare one category across the four views. Blood (DPS) Death Knight and Gladiator Warrior are retained as the original chart labels.

What the Final Results Show
Fire and Feral led different views
Fire was first and Feral second in both 95th-percentile charts. The all-percentile charts reversed that order, placing Feral first and Fire second. Fury occupied third place in all four views. Reading only one of these charts would leave out part of the final week’s picture.
Arcane’s position depended on the comparison
Arcane Mage placed sixth in 95th-percentile overall damage, fifth in damage to bosses and tenth in both all-percentile charts. Retribution Paladin was fourth overall at the 95th percentile but sixth for boss damage. Those are changes in chart position between views, with no percentage damage difference implied.
Use the DPS category the chart actually measured
Blood (DPS) Death Knight was thirteenth in both 95th-percentile charts and seventeenth in both broader views. The label identifies its DPS classification. These results are not a ranking of Blood tank performance or of healing specializations.

A Comparison With March, Using the Same Metric
The March 26 Week 25 snapshot provides an earlier reference with the same visible Heroic, 25-player, one-week, all-item-level and Phase 4.5 filters. Across those two dates, Arcane moved from eighth to sixth in the 95th-percentile overall-damage order and from eighth to fifth in the corresponding boss-damage order.
Feral moved from third to second in the overall 95th-percentile order, while Fury moved from second to third. These are comparisons across the March 26 and April 23 snapshots, not consecutive weekly changes. The positions establish the ordering at each date; identifying a tuning, gear or encounter-strategy cause would require additional evidence.
Keep the Snapshot Attached to Its Rules and Date
The original charts aggregate normalized scores, so their horizontal axes are not raw damage per second. All-percentile positions refer to the displayed distribution-chart order. A position alone also does not describe the spread of results within that category.
Use this page when examining the end of Wrath Classic’s ICC period. For a specific character or encounter, narrow the comparison to the relevant boss and damage metric before inspecting execution in the individual report. The final aggregate is context for that work, rather than a record of every condition under which a class was played.
The original static charts remain available for 95th-percentile overall damage, 95th-percentile boss damage and all-percentile overall damage. They preserve this April 2024 view even as the live statistics service changes.
