To get these relics, you must first complete objectives within Pilgrim's Traverse to earn "Pieces of the Blessed Hoard." These pieces are then appraised by another NPC, Tyr Marn, which has a chance to reward you with First Light Relics. This is a long-term grind that relies on RNG.

Chandelier of First Light: This is the most prestigious mount from Pilgrim's Traverse and requires a multi-step process that involves clearing the entire dungeon multiple times.

You must successfully clear Floor 100 eight times to collect a total of 8 "Illumed Invocations."
These 8 Invocations are then traded to Ose Wyd for a full set of four unique accessories.
Once you possess all four accessories, you unlock the 'Faerie Favours' achievement, which grants you the Chandelier of First Light mount.
