You need four full clears of the deep dungeon to Floor 100 — each clear awards one Orthos Tomestone, four tomestones trade at the Synthesis Node by the dungeon entrance for the Enaretos earrings, bracelet, ring, and necklace, and once all four accessories are collected you speak with Koh Rabntah at Mor Dhona (X:34.7, Y:19.3) to fire the achievement and claim the mount from the Achievement Reward window.

How long does Aeturna farming take?

Each Eureka Orthos run to Floor 100 typically takes around 2.5 to 4 hours of focused play, and a single death anywhere in the climb wipes the entire attempt. Self-farming the four clears for Aeturna can stretch across multiple weeks once failed attempts, gear prep, and Party Finder downtime are added. Our team books the four sessions back-to-back on a schedule that fits your time zone instead.

What rewards do I get besides the mount?

The Vintage Vogue achievement lands on your account during the unlock, and all four Enaretos accessories — earrings, bracelet, ring, and necklace — are left on the character after the trade. Any Orthos Craklaw Horn rolled from a Gold-tinged Sack on floors 71 to 100 is also kept as a bonus side mount. Gil and Allagan Tomestones do not drop in Eureka Orthos.

Yes. Eureka Orthos remains in the duty finder as the Endwalker deep dungeon, the Orthos Tomestone trade at the Synthesis Node is permanent, and the Vintage Vogue achievement reward is unchanged across the Dawntrail patch cycle. Square Enix has not announced any sunset for the content, so the Aeturna pipeline is open as of the current FFXIV patch.
