PoE Trial of Ascendancy Locations
To unlock Labyrinth in Path of Exile, you must complete a series of Trials of Ascendancy. These trials are scattered across the campaign and introduce players to deadly traps they'll face later in the Labyrinth itself. Each Lab tier requires completion of specific trials. Only after finishing all of them you can enter its corresponding Labyrinth.

The Normal Labyrinth
- Trial of Piercing Truth — Act 1, The Lower Prison;
- Trial of Swirling Fear — Act 2, The Crypt Level 1;
- Trial of Crippling Grief — Act 2, The Chamber of Sins Level 2;
- Trial of Burning Rage — Act 3, The Crematorium;
- Trial of Lingering Pain — Act 3, The Catacombs;
- Trial of Stinging Doubt — Act 3, The Imperial Gardens.
The Cruel Labyrinth
- Trial of Piercing Truth — Act 6, The Prison;
- Trial of Swirling Fear — Act 7, The Crypt;
- Trial of Crippling Grief — Act 7, Chamber of Sins Level 2.
The Merciless Labyrinth
- Trial of Burning Rage — Act 8, The Bath House;
- Trial of Lingering Pain — Act 9, The Tunnel;
- Trial of Stinging Doubt — Act 10, The Ossuary.
To unlock the Eternal Labyrinth (Uber Lab), you only need one Offering to the Goddess, which drops from randomly spawned Trials of Ascendancy in yellow-tier or higher maps. Just make sure your character has completed the previous three Labyrinths and reached level 68. With an offering in your inventory, head to the Aspirants’ Plaza, and you’re ready to enter the Eternal Labyrinth.
