About World of Warcraft Forever Winterspring Frostsaber Boost

The Reins of the Winterspring Frostsaber are sold by Rivern Frostwind on Frostsaber Rock, the camp of the Wintersaber Trainers. To buy them you need Exalted with this small faction, and its reputation comes only from repeated quests in Winterspring, which makes it one of the slowest mount grinds at level 60.
