We Three Kinderpunsch was the level-15 seasonal quest that unlocked the six city-themed drink emotes during Starlight Celebration 2025. It began with Amh Garanjy in Old Gridania, X:10.2, Y:9.4, at Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre.
The official dates were December 17, 2025 at 08:00 UTC to December 31, 2025 at 14:59 UTC (00:00 PST to 06:59 PST). That quest window has ended. This page records the quest’s route, drink choices and optional stall visits from the 2025 celebration.
The Route Moved Between the Amphitheatre and Starlight Stalls
The FFXIV Online Wiki quest journal records this sequence:
- Use the Starlight Stalls Guide to enter; meet Amh.
- Consult the Lominsan Chef, Ul’dahn Lady and Ul’dahn Merchant at the Gridanian markets.
- Report to Amh at the amphitheatre.
- Return to the stalls; meet the Bright Girl, Quiet Girl and Joultain.
- Speak with the Saturnine Starlight Celebrant to serve punch.
- Finish with Amh at the amphitheatre.
The final amphitheatre hand-in was separate from the serving scene: finishing at the stall did not itself award the manual.
Which Punch Matched Each Child?

The recorded dialogue continues after a mismatched drink; fitting choices produce more specific reactions. This was not a separate reward tier.
The game warned that the serving scene could not be skipped and suggested cancelling pending Duty Finder registrations before starting it.
The Hand-in Awarded a Manual and Achievement
The reward item, Ballroom Etiquette - Local Libations, teaches the Gridanian, Lominsan and Ul’dahn Sip and Gulp emotes when used. Quest completion also grants The Spice of Starlight, worth 10 achievement points, as listed in the achievement reference.
The six emotes have different action lengths: Sip is brief, while Gulp continues drinking. The housing drinks and decorative mug stacks were additional purchases rather than six more quest steps.
Returning to the Market After the Quest
After the hand-in, the Guide still provided entry to the stalls during the event. The Saturnine Starlight Celebrant offered further punch-serving visits, with available guests depending on main-scenario progression.
Square Enix’s 2025 preview highlights the returning market and the opportunity to meet familiar faces while helping at the punch stall. These visits added character conversations after the reward quest; the six-emote unlock did not require completing every possible visitor scene.
The stalls also had a distinct setting for group portraits: timber booths, strings of coloured lights, decorated trees and wrapped presents. The official scene below shows the open space in front of the tree, which offered room to frame characters without hiding them behind the market booths.
For a group drinking pose, learned Gulp emotes provide the continuous action described in their command records. That is separate from consuming a housing drink for a meal buff. The 2025 setting and seasonal NPC visits were time-limited; this guide does not establish a return date for the same venue or quest.
