Liberation of Undermine, the Season 2 raid introduced with Patch 11.1 of The War Within, brought several quality-of-life improvements for regular raiders. Unlike earlier tier raids, this one provided profession tables, crafting vendors, item upgrades, and consumable vendors positioned just outside the raid entrance on the top floor of the Incontinental Hotel, reducing the need to leave the lockout between pulls.
Access to the full set of amenities required progressing through the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club (GLRC) raid Renown system. The raid entrance was inside the Incontinental Hotel. Most amenities sat on the top floor just outside the instance doors, accessible between attempts without resetting or abandoning the lockout. A subset of services was positioned inside the raid itself for quick mid-pull access.

Specifically, the alchemy crafting table sat on the middle left, the enchanting table and curio vendor on the far left wall, and the crest exchange and item upgrades toward the far back wall.
Season 1 of The War Within had no in-hub amenity cluster near the raid entrance. Positioning these services on the top floor just outside Liberation of Undermine significantly cut down on trips back to a capital city between pulls. The GLRC unlock structure rewarded consistent weekly raiding by gating the most convenient services behind Renown progression.
