The developers at Blizzard have recently implemented several noteworthy changes to the Druid’s Keeper of the Grove abilities. This comes in response to the community's feedback, which highlighted concerns and suggestions for improvement. The significant alterations include modifications to both abilities and overall enhancement effects.
Dream Surge’s damage output has seen a reduction by 15%, balancing its force in battle. Conversely, Harmony of the Grove now boosts the spell damage contributed by Force of Nature's treants, increasing from 3% to 5%, thus enhancing their utility during confrontations.
The Power of Nature trait has been drastically revised to now increase the melee damage of Force of Nature's Treants from 20% to a whopping 100%. The adjustment provides a substantial boost, making the treants more formidable in engagements. Another trait, Bounteous Bloom, now enables each treant to generate 6 Astral Power every 2 seconds, doubling its previous capability.
Early Spring has also been reconfigured to reduce the cooldown of Force of Nature by 15 seconds, increased from the earlier 10 seconds, allowing for more frequent use. Finally, the newly introduced changes have revised the Cenarius’ Might, making it more streamlined for players. Now, it offers an 8% increase in Haste for 6 seconds when undertaking specific class actions, namely entering Eclipse for Balance or casting Swiftmend for Restoration.
Blizzard’s recent updates reflect a commitment to listening to player feedback and adjusting gameplay mechanics accordingly. This is evident with the removal of the Persistence Enchantments and the introduction of Potent Enchantments, and the extension of Control of the Dream's effect duration.
Shifts in the gameplay mechanics also include the introduction of Potent Enchantments, which notably increases the efficacy and duration of certain spell effects such as Orbital Strike and Stellar Flare. Additionally, the duration of Tree of Life provided by Reforestation has been extended by an extra 2 seconds, providing additional support during critical moments.
Control of the Dream has had its maximum effect duration increase significantly, from 5 seconds to 15 seconds, granting Druids more flexibility and control in their gameplay. This change allows Druid players to use their abilities more strategically, adapting to different combat scenarios with greater efficacy.
