Entering Worldsoul Memories
During The War Within Season 1, players exploring Khaz Algar could encounter shimmering Azerite orbs scattered across the zone. These orbs marked the entry points to Worldsoul Memories, a limited-time combat event tied exclusively to Bountiful Delves.
To gain access, players had to accumulate Radiant Echoes. Each Radiant Echo is obtained by completing a Bountiful Delve and opening its Bountiful Coffer. The first time a player collected a Radiant Echo, a quest called A Radiant Echo was automatically offered, unlocking access to the event.
Once unlocked, a Worldsoul Memory entry point appeared on the map with the World Event icon when one was active. Players could enter as many times as they had Radiant Echoes available.
How Worldsoul Memories Work
Inside a Worldsoul Memory, the objective was simple: defeat as many enemies as possible within five minutes. The encounter featured standard mob waves alongside periodic rare enemies and short bonus objectives that appeared during the timer. Every second counted, as killing more enemies and completing bonus tasks increased the volume of rewards at the end.
The event was designed to be accessible to players at various gear levels, though stronger characters cleared faster and claimed more from the reward pool.
Difficulty: Radiant Discord
Players who wanted a greater challenge and greater rewards could choose the Radiant Discord difficulty. This mode consumed additional Radiant Echoes on entry and imposed a single-death limit: one wipe ended the run immediately, forfeiting the remaining time regardless of how much progress had been made.
The higher risk was intentional. Radiant Discord rewards were noticeably better than standard mode, and the difficulty gate kept the mode meaningful even for well-geared players.
Rewards
Worldsoul Memories paid out two primary currencies throughout The War Within Season 1 progression:
- Valorstones: the universal upgrade currency for gear, essential across all content paths in Season 1.
- Coffer Key Shards: fragments that combined into a Restored Coffer Key, unlocking Bountiful Coffers in higher-tier Delves. Players looking to progress through them can explore our Delves carry services.
The quantity of both currencies scaled with how many Radiant Echoes were invested on entry. A single Echo granted the minimum reward; spending up to ten Echoes amplified what players received.

FAQ
How do I get Radiant Echoes for Worldsoul Memories?
Radiant Echoes drop from the Bountiful Coffer at the end of any Bountiful Delve. You are guaranteed one Echo per Coffer opened. Bountiful Delves are available as a separate higher-difficulty tier of the standard Delve content and require a Restored Coffer Key to enter.
Do I need to complete a quest before entering Worldsoul Memories?
Yes. The first time you collect a Radiant Echo, the quest A Radiant Echo is automatically awarded. Completing this short quest unlocks access to Worldsoul Memories. You do not need to repeat the quest — all subsequent entries just require a Radiant Echo in your bags.
How long does a Worldsoul Memory event last?
Each Worldsoul Memory run has a five-minute timer. During that window, you fight waves of enemies, deal with rare spawns, and complete any bonus objectives that appear. The run ends when the timer hits zero, after which your rewards are distributed based on how many enemies were killed.
Can I enter Worldsoul Memories more than once per week?
Yes. There is no weekly lockout on Worldsoul Memories themselves. You can enter as many times as you have Radiant Echoes available. The bottleneck is Echo supply, which is gated through Bountiful Coffer completions rather than a hard entry cap.
What is the maximum number of Radiant Echoes I can spend in one run?
Up to ten Radiant Echoes can be invested in a single Worldsoul Memory entry. Each additional Echo above the minimum increases the reward yield. Spending the full ten is the highest-value option if your goal is maximising Valorstones and Coffer Key Shards per session.
What happens if I die in Radiant Discord difficulty?
Radiant Discord imposes a single-death penalty. If your character dies once inside the event, you are immediately ejected from the Worldsoul Memory regardless of how much time remains on the timer. Remaining Radiant Echoes invested in that run are consumed and the rewards reflect only what was earned before the death.
