With all five Runekeys in hand, return to the ritual chamber at /way #2375 72.50 61.32. Deploy each Runekey at its corresponding ritual point in the eastern chamber. When all five are placed, the ritual completes: Thrayir reawakens, grants you the quest "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren," and the mount follows upon quest turn-in.
