This precious cache is obtained through the daily quest called Feathered Fiend, which can be found during the Noblegarden event. To kickstart this quest, you'll need to seek out the Noblegarden Trinket, a special item dropped by a new elite NPC called Daetan Swiftplume.
To summon Daetan Swiftplume, you'll have to follow the Noblegarden questline and place a golden egg in its nest. However, if you're solely interested in obtaining the Noblegarden Trinket and the Loot-Filled Basket, you can simply aid in the defeat of Daetan Swiftplume without completing the entire questline.
Once you've obtained the Noblegarden Trinket, you have the option to turn it in at either Razor Hill to Sylnaria Fareflame or at Goldshire to Zinnia Brooks. Choose your preferred location and trade in the trinket to receive your very own Loot-Filled Basket.
Now comes the exciting part - opening your Loot-Filled Basket to see what treasures await you! It's important to note that you can only loot the basket once per character per day. Unlike previous holiday events, there is no increased chance for rare items on your first character of the day.
