The Arrow Hunt Across Valdrakken
Click the Thought Calculating Apparatus to pick up the Unfinished Thinking Cap quest, then turn it in to Fangli Hoot in the room left of the Barber Shop (26.7, 54.2). That rewards the toy itself, the Tricked-Out Thinking Cap.
Equipping and using the toy applies a buff that prints live coordinates on your buff bar. Moving changes the numbers, and using the toy again recenters them to (0, 0). This is the tracking tool for the follow-up quest, The Tricked-Out Thinking Cap, also from Fangli Hoot, which scatters arrows across the city.
