This event encourages groups to form based entirely on non-meta classes and specializations. About the Event

Break the Meta (BTM) by Raider.IO focuses on individual participation allowing players to join multiple groups throughout the week-long event. To be eligible for the coveted prizes, each player must successfully complete at least two Mythic+5 or higher level keystones with a group comprising only the specified classes and specializations.

Eligible Classes and Specializations

Participants must build teams that include the following roles and respective classes:

  • DPS: Affliction Warlock, Arms Warrior, Beast Mastery Hunter, Demonology Warlock, Devastation Evoker, Elemental Shaman, Feral Druid, Fire Mage, Outlaw Rogue, Shadow Priest, Subtlety Rogue, Survival Hunter, Unholy Death Knight, and Windwalker Monk.
  • Healers: Holy Paladin, Holy Priest, Mistweaver Monk, and Preservation Evoker.
  • Tanks: Blood Death Knight, Brewmaster Monk, Guardian Druid, and Vengeance Demon Hunter.
