Brinthe, together with Alleria, speculates that activating these war golems might turn the tide against the menacing forces of Xal'atath and her Nerubian army.

Discovering the Golemworks

Upon their exploration, Brinthe recounts her discovery of a maintenance machine amidst her supervision of the Ringing Deeps. This leads them straight to the heart of the inactive golem facilities. Here, they encounter ZZ-01-47 or "Zee-Zee," a friendly machine, which becomes their guide in scouting the status of the plant, only to discover that the facility is currently being sabotaged by a gang of Goblins from the notorious Darkfuse organization.

Plan of Action: Reclaiming Golemworks

With the facility being compromised but the golems still intact, our heroes consult Dagran in Gundargaz, another pivotal character, who is also the diligent son of Moira Thaurissan. Dagran proposes a daring initiative:

1. Utilize the dormant golems to confront and defeat the leader of the Darkfuse, thereby crippling their morale and reclaiming the Golemworks.
2. Reactivate the nearby Waterworks, currently overrun by Kobolds and Elementals, to restore the water supply.
3. Revive the operations at the Shadowvein Extraction Site to secure essential raw materials for new War Golems

With those objectives set, the group turned to reactivating the infrastructure the Golemworks depended on.

The team then proceeds to the Waterworks, where they tackle the task of reactivating the facility. This involves clearing out the Elementals and removing remnants left by Kobolds. Going deeper into the Waterworks, they clear crucial pathways obstructed by Kelp Elementals, successfully restoring the Waterworks to operational status.

Resurgence of the Shadowvein Extraction Site

With the Waterworks running, attention shifts to the Shadowvein Extraction Site. Here, Zee-Zee reappears to assist. Together, they channel water from the Waterworks to power the site’s boilers, mend ore extraction machinery with Zee-Zee’s arc welder, and cleanse the crushing areas of any infestations. This concerted effort brings the site back into full swing.

Conclusion: Triumph and Preparation for Further Battles

Returning to the Deepforge Golemworks emboldened, our heroes unleash chaos and reclaim control, paving the way for creating more War Golems to combat Xal'atath’s forces. Their success is reported back to Alleria in Dornogal, marking the completion of Chapter 4. Chapter 5 remained unrevealed during the War Within Beta.
