Achieve at least item level 450 in every gear slot to earn the "Dreaming of Drakes" achievement. This unlocks trading Whelpling's Dreaming Crests for Drake's Dreaming Crests with Vaskarn.

All three trade tiers use the same conversion rate: 90 lower-tier crests for 15 higher-tier crests: a 6:1 ratio. Vaskarn also offers the reverse direction: downgrades at the same 6:1 rate for players who need lower-tier crests.
