Patch 10.1.7 introduced the Renewed Proto-Drake: Brewfest Armor as a new addition to the 2023 Brewfest drop table. Unlike the combat loot in the chest, this item was a Drakewatcher Manuscript, the Dragonflight-era system for unlocking cosmetic dragon appearances at the Rostrum of Transformation.
Using the manuscript at any Rostrum permanently added the Brewfest-themed armour kit to the Renewed Proto-Drake's customisation options. The appearance applied to all characters on the account.
