The Box of Puntables is a toy that became available on December 25, 2024, obtained from Greatfather Winter's gift box under the trees in Ironforge and Orgrimmar. The event window ran through January 5, 2025.
Using the toy summons five Father Winter's Helpers: small seasonal creatures that players can then punt (kick) through the air. The mechanic is purely cosmetic and works in most outdoor areas. The practical value of Winter Veil Crackers in 2024 was unlocking additional puntable creature types for the Box of Puntables. After pulling a cracker, three new creature types became available from the Box of Puntables:

The Portentous Present is a battle pet that shipped alongside the toy rewards for Winter Veil 2024. It was datamined from the same alpha build as the Box of Puntables and confirmed as live by MMO-Champion when the Winter Veil 2024 gifts became available on December 25, 2024.
