The rest of the standing comes from raw saberon kills and claw turn-ins, which are not weekly-capped, so a booster farms them continuously and simply schedules the weekly quest into the run.

Accepted Answer

Saberstalkers standing is per-character — Warlords of Draenor factions are not yet part of the Warband account-wide reputation system, which currently covers The War Within, Dragonflight, and Shadowlands. The two mounts and the Savage Cub pet are account-wide collectibles once learned, but an alt would need its own run for the standing and vendor access.
