Success Scenario: If you purchase a "Level 11-12" package and we time the first +11 key, the next run will be upgraded to a +12. If you have booked multiple hours, we will continue farming +12 keys as long as we keep timing them (e.g., +11 Timed → +12 Timed → +12 → +12).

Failed Run (Client Fault): If a key (e.g., +11) is depleted because the client made critical errors near the end of the dungeon, there is no free re-run. The run counts towards your time, and the next dungeon will remain at +11 level.
Re-Run Policy
Due to the extreme difficulty of high-level keys (especially early in the season), we cannot strictly guarantee the timer. At this level, even a small mistake can lead to a depleted key.
However, our policy ensures fairness: if a run is plagued by multiple errors and is obviously not going to be timed, this run will not be counted towards your service duration.
