A classic astronomical observatory for the top floor of my house. Raised dome room with a counterweighted Clark-style refracting telescope and rotating dome with shutters, movable observing chair, and red lights to protect night vision. Exterior catwalk for monitoring the weather, and a cozy modern operations room below the main observing floor.
