Upper Blackrock Spire (UBRS) is intended for a 10-player raid group. To enter Upper Blackrock Spire, our player will use Seal of Ascension, obtained from the questline that starts with Seal of Ascension, which involves rare drops from the bosses in Lower Blackrock Spire.
