In case we will not be able to provide spot in Normal mode we will provide one in Heroic. The raid will take less than 20 minutes of your time to see how it works. Raid leader will summon you to kill one random boss on random difficulty. Please note that random boss kill service will not provide any of the last bosses including Zovaal, the Jailer as all spots there are always reserved.
