Full Gear

Selfplay
The Selfplay option allows you to personally participate in the service without the need for account sharing. No Raid Experience Required
You can participate in our services even if you are new to raiding or unfamiliar with the raid mechanics. By tagging the boss, you ensure that it will be credited to you, allowing you to benefit from the rewards without needing extensive raid experience. 70 Lvl Character
You need to have a 70-level character to be able to enter Raid. If you don't have a 70-level character, we can offer you a speed, and cheap leveling that gets you to desired 70 within a few hours.

However, no gear traders are provided, so the number of items you could potentially acquire is limited only by your luck and the number of bosses defeated.
Armor Type Priority
The Armor Type Priority option, on the other hand, caters to players who wish to increase their chances of obtaining loot that is specific to their armor type. In addition to the standard roll for boss drop items, this option comes with the provision of 10 gear traders. This means that even if you don't win the initial roll for an item, you have a second chance to acquire it through trading. The number of gear traders also increases the quantity of loot you could potentially walk away with.
VIP Run
The VIP Run is the ultimate option for players who wish to maximize their loot gain in a single raid run. With this option, all the loot that drops in the raid goes exclusively to you. This means that you don't need to compete with other raid members for items, and you don't have to rely on the availability of gear traders. All the spoils of the raid are yours, making this option the most lucrative, but also the most expensive. It's the ideal choice for players who are looking to rapidly gear up their characters.
Full Gear

The Full Gear option is designed for players aiming to acquire a complete set of gear for their character over multiple raid runs. Unlike the other options, Full Gear ensures that you will receive all items for each slot, distributed over several runs as necessary. Gear traders are also provided as needed to guarantee that every slot is filled. This is the best option for players seeking a comprehensive gear upgrade without the pressure of achieving it in a single run.

Frequently Asked Questions

When the raid starts?

All our raids have fixed schedule. Please, locate the schedule in the options, select your preferred time of raid start and contact support via online chat to make sure that there are still places left for your preferred time. In case there is no schedule available in the options, just contact us via the online chat and we will provide all the information in few minutes. In case you have purchased the raid without contacting customer support and it turned out the raid is already full for your preferred time, we reserve the right to reschedule your raid without compensation.

How the new group loot system works?

The new loot system works in such a way that all items dropped from the boss are rolled between players. You have a chance to get an item by winning a roll. In order to be guaranteed to get loot, we recommend that you add "Armor type priority" or "Exclusive run" options to your order.

How many items can I get from the raid?

The item drop is totally random and is controlled by Blizzard. We cannot guarantee any specific number of items. However, adding "Armor type priority" or "Exclusive run" options will significantly increase your chances of getting loot. You can check the average number of items dropped for the current raid with the customer support via online chat.

Do I need to know boss mechanics?

No. The only thing we ask you to do is to tag each boss at least once and it will be enough for you to receive the loot. We will never ask you to perform any specific actions for boss mechanics. You can just relax and get the desired loot/mount/achievements.

What happens after I buy the raid?

We will see your order immediately after you placed it. In case you have indicated your preferred raid time, and have already confirmed it with our customer support there is nothing else you should do. You will be invited in game in 5 minutes prior to your selected raid time. In case you haven’t contacted support agent to confirm your raid time before the purchase, please do it now and we will make sure you are on the list. If you purchased the raid and haven’t contacted us, we will make several attempts to contact you by email in order to confirm the start time of your raid. In case you fail to answer in 48 hours or in less than 12 hours prior to selected raid start, we reserve the right to reschedule your raid without compensation and will also notify you of doing so by email.
