THE GREAT VAULT SPECIFIC RULES
Please, contact us to set up the appointment for your raid in case you are selecting it in the options. Make sure to tell the support agent the difficulty of your raid (Normal/Heroic) and we will provide many time options for you to choose from. As for the dungeons, you can split your runs into several days or you can complete them all at once - it's totally up to you. However, most clients prefer to split especially when purchasing 10 dungeons as it can be time consuming and you can get tired of the game. Our main goal here is to help you enjoy the game!  

REQUIREMENTS

• NO DUNGEON/RAID EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
you don't need to have any specific gear level or knowledge of raid or dungeon mechanics. We will give all the instruction when you will join our group in the game. We also will provide all the keys for dungeons or we can also use your key (in case you already have the required key level) - just let us know. 

WHAT YOU’LL GET

• THE GREAT VAULT WEEKLY REWARDS
we will unlock up to 6 gear options for you that you will be able to receive right after the weekly reset. You can choose in-between raid and mythic dungeons loot options. Unfortunately, we don't provide PvP Honor gain service via this product yet, however, you might consider using our regular PvP services in order to get the desired amount of honor for The Great Vault. 

• 226 - 246 ILVL RAID ITEMS
you will receive gear with 226 - 233 ilvl in Normal and 239 - 246 ilvl in Heroic raid difficulty correspondingly; You can also purchase the last boss Sire Denathrius from us separately in case you need it as well.

• 242-252 ILVL DUNGEON ITEMS
you will receive gear with 242 ilvl for completing Mythic +10 dungeons and 249 ilvl for completing Mythic +14 and 252ilvl for Mythic +15 dungeon. The reason you might prefer to go for Mythic +15 dungeons is that you will receive higher weely item level gear in Mythic +15 compared to Mythic +14, however, the end-of-the-dungeon reward from is the same.

What happens after I buy the service?
We will process your order in 5 to 10 minutes. Then we will contact you using the online chat at the website or any other means of communication that you provided during the checkout. What is the difference between self-play and piloted?
If you choose self-played boosting you will play your character yourself with our group. If you choose piloted (account sharing), you will give us your wow account’s login and password; our gamers will carefully log into your account and do the boosting.
Is account sharing safe?
Yes, it is absolutely safe with us. While doing the boosting with account sharing our boosters observe all safety precautions and never use any exploits. Your safety and privacy is very important for us so we will never chat with any of your friends or guild mates.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot even assign the service within double the Estimated Time, you are entitled to ask for a refund. If we have started but not completed the service within double the estimate, compensations or partial refunds may ensue.
