WotLK Classic Herbalism Carry

Herbalism is one of the two main professions available to every player in WotLK. This is a gathering profession, the same as Mining and Skinning. Usually, Herbalism is used in conjunction with Alchemy for making flasks, potions and other consumables or Inscription for making glyphs, trinkets and other useful consumables. Harvesting herbs occurs throughout Northrend from herb nodes and doesn't require any tools. There are 8 different types of herbs in Northrend. The rarest herb in WotLK is the Frost Lotus. This type of herb doesn't have the best farm place, because it can replace any herb node in Wintergrasp, a new PvP zone in WotLK. However, Frost Lotus has a small chance to drop from all herb nodes as a by-product. Deadnettle and Crystallized Life are also by-products and drops much more than Frost Lotus. Due to its rarity, Frost Lotus is the most expensive and sought after herb in Northrend and is needed for crafting Flasks and Trinkets. Lifeblood is an active spell with a 3 minute cooldown that applies a healing over time effect to you. Increasing Herbalism skill, the amount of health replenished by the Lifeblood spell also increases, for example, at the Apprentice level, this spell will restore you only 300 health, and at the Grand Master level will restore you 3600 health. Lifeblood scales with your maximum health, making the spell stronger as your maximum health increases. This spell can be extremely useful in PvE and PvP in WotLK. Herbalism can be practiced while you are doing various daily activities and in the process receive additional reagents for another profession or as a way to obtain gold.
