Introducing Patch 1.2.1: Paragon Board Reset and Training Dummies

Exciting news for all Diablo 4 players! Patch 1.2.1 has finally been released, bringing a host of new features and improvements to the game. In this blog post, we will explore the highly anticipated Paragon Board Reset and the addition of Training Dummies.

Paragon Board Updates

One of the major additions in Patch 1.2.1 is the Refund All button for the Paragon Boards. This new feature has been introduced based on player feedback, as many players found themselves frequently reworking their Paragon Points. The Refund All button simplifies the process of resetting Paragon Points for big respecs. Additionally, Patch 1.2.1 also includes increased Gold income from Whispers in the Season of Blood, making it even more rewarding for players.

Training Dummies

A brand new challenge awaits players with the introduction of Training Dummies. Located in an underground room in Kyovashad, players can put their skills to the test against these inanimate but un-killable foes. The Training Room also features a stash, providing players with additional resources. Players can choose to battle against a single Training Dummy or a group of them, with the ability to adjust the difficulty level to Normal, Elite, or Boss. This new addition will undoubtedly help players refine their combat strategies and improve their gameplay.

Season of Blood Updates

  • Blood Wells Enhancement

In the Season of Blood, Blood Wells now drop more piles of potent blood, increasing the average amount received. Previously, players could expect to find one pile of 45-60 Potent Blood, but with this update, they will discover eight piles, each containing 5-9 Potent Blood. This adjustment will empower players to augment their abilities and further enhance their character's power.

  • Vampiric Power Enhancements

For clarity and better decision-making, additional information has been added to the tooltips of Vampiric Powers. This provides players with clear insight into the benefits and progression of these powerful abilities. Furthermore, the Vampiric Powers upgrade screen now communicates the amount of Pacts required and the activation cost of each power. These updates aim to make the Vampiric Power system more transparent and accessible to players.
