Update 2:15 PDT: Blizzard has officially announced that trading in Diablo 4 has been temporarily disabled due to a recently discovered gold and item duplication exploit. Players can check the status of this issue on the Diablo 4 launcher. Although there is no official statement from Blizzard regarding when trading functionality will be restored, it is possible that it may be disabled again in the future to prevent any further exploits.

Many players have reported encountering a message saying "action unavailable" when attempting to trade items as of approximately 1pm PDT. This indicates that the trade option is currently unavailable due to the ongoing issue.
