Jessie Lassiter, the founder of Connect & Conquer, can relate to this struggle all too well. As the former Assistant General Manager of Method and the current Head of Operations for Game Builds, she knows firsthand the importance of building a supportive and inclusive community within the gaming industry.

"When I first entered the industry, I had a dream of an event like Connect & Conquer. I longed for a space where I could forge meaningful connections and receive valuable mentorship. As we eagerly anticipate the first BlizzCon since 2019, our planning committee and I are determined to bring to life the event we wished had always existed," says Jessie.
