December 1st Updates - Fyrakk, Mythic Dungeons, & Trinket Adjustments

Hey there, World of Warcraft fans! We have some exciting updates for you regarding the latest Dragonflight hotfixes. Blizzard has been hard at work addressing several issues and making some tuning changes to enhance your gaming experience. Let's dive right in and see what's new!

Hotfixes to Dragonflight

On December 1, 2023, Blizzard implemented the following hotfixes to Dungeons and Raids:

• Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope: Fyrakk

• Resolved an issue that was causing Fyrakk to become unlootable if killed during Shadowflame Devastation in Stage Two.
• Fixed a problem where Fyrakk's energy bar was increasing too quickly in Stage Three on Mythic difficulty.

• Dawn of the Infinite: Galakrond's Fall: Iridikron

• The damage increase of Timeline Transcendence now also affects pets and summons of affected players, even if they are not within Chromie's bubble.
• Timeline Transcendence no longer applies to pets or summons.

• The Everbloom: Ancient Protectors

• The visual effect for Dhulu's Noxious Discharge has been updated.

• Waycrest Manor

• Addressed an issue where Soulbound Goliath's Soul Thorns ability would fail on shapeshifted players.

Item Updates

Blizzard also made some adjustments to various in-game items. Here are the details:

• Augury of the Primal Flame

• The proc rate of Augury of the Primal Flame has been increased by 50%, while its damage has been decreased by 33%.
• This change aims to improve consistency while reducing overall variance.

• Blossom of Amirdrassil

• The effects of Blossom of Amirdrassil have been increased by 10%, making it even more powerful.

• Belor'relos, the Suncaller

• The self-damage of Belor'relos, the Suncaller has been increased by 20%. Brace yourselves!

• Other Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Branch of the Tormented Ancient would not reset its cooldown upon ending an encounter.
• Addressed an issue where Gift of Ursine Vengeance stacks would be removed upon ally death or mind control.
• Vaskarn, the dracthyr vendor in the Emerald Dream's Central Encampment, will now display her crest trade-up items to anyone who has earned the right to purchase them, regardless of their current ability to do so due to being close to the cap on higher-level crests.

Player versus Player Changes

In the PvP arena, Blizzard has made the following updates:

• Rank Text Removal

• Removed rank text from all Rated PvP gear, including PvP Class Sets.
• Item levels and upgrade tracks have not been affected by this change.

Mage Changes

In particular, mages will be pleased to know that Blizzard has addressed the following issues:

• Arcane

• Fixed an issue where the Amirdrassil 4-set bonus was not being reduced in PvP combat.

• Frost

• Fixed a problem that was preventing Frost Bomb's explosion from occurring when in the presence of a Grounding Totem.
