November 21st Patch - M+ Dungeon Tuning & PvP Tuning
Blizzard's Latest Patch 10.2 Hotfixes
Blizzard has just released a new set of hotfixes for Patch 10.2, and it includes some exciting changes to the game. These hotfixes address various issues and make adjustments to PvP tuning and Season 3 Mythic+ Dungeons to improve the overall gameplay experience. Let's dive into the details!
Achievements
We start off with some exciting news for achievement hunters. Ivy has been added as a reward for completing the "Don't Let the Doe Hit You On the Way Out" achievement.
Classes
Hunter
Beast Mastery
Some adjustments have been made for Beast Mastery Hunters. Beast Cleave and Kill Cleave now properly log when the Hunter is under the effect of an Augmentation Evoker buff, ensuring accurate tracking of their abilities.
Creatures and NPCs
A fix has been applied to rare elite creatures in The Forbidden Reach, Zaralek Cavern, and The Emerald Dream. Previously, these rare elites were not awarding proper credit to players in raid groups. This issue has now been resolved, allowing players to receive the deserved credit when defeating these rare elites.
In addition, unpulled rare elites in Forbidden Reach and Zaralek Caverns will now despawn after 15 minutes if players are not in their immediate vicinity. This change helps to improve the overall gameplay experience by preventing any unnecessary lingering of these creatures.
Dungeons and Raids
Blizzard acknowledges that some Mythic+ dungeons in Season 3 are either too difficult or too easy, affecting the overall balance and player progression. With that in mind, adjustments have been made to various dungeons to address these issues and provide a more balanced experience.
Atal'Dazar
Atal'Dazar has received several changes to adjust its difficulty and bring it in line with other Mythic+ dungeons for Season 3. The required enemy forces count has been increased, ensuring a more challenging experience for players. Additionally, several abilities have been adjusted to provide a fairer gameplay experience.
- Toxic Saurid's Leaping Thrash no longer triggers Poisoned Claws on the target.
- Dazar'ai Juggernaut's Merciless Assault now deals reduced damage.
- Dazar'al Augur's Wildfire now ticks every 1 second instead of 2 seconds.
- Dinomancer Kish'o's Deadeye Aim now deals reduced damage.
- T'lonja's Frenzied Charge is now avoidable but inflicts higher damage.
- Monzumi's Wild Thrash range has been increased.
Furthermore, Yazma's Wracking Pain ability can no longer be interrupted and is no longer considered a curse effect in Mythic Keystone difficulty. This change ensures a consistent and fair gameplay experience.
