Attention all adventurers! The highly anticipated Brewfest Event has finally arrived on the Wrath Classic realms, and it's time to raise your tankards and celebrate! This festive event brings new Level 80 Trinkets, including some highly sought-after ones with a staggering 170 Stamina, making them invaluable for tanks. Join us as we delve into the details of the Brewfest Event and uncover all its exciting features in our comprehensive guide below.

  • Quick Facts

    • When: September 20 - October 6, 2023
    • Where: Main Brewfest sites in Durotar and Dun Morogh
    • Main Camps: Two Brewfest Camps, one for the Alliance and one for the Horde, serve as the central hubs for the event. Here, you'll find quests to complete and seasonal items to purchase.

  • Brewfest Camp Locations

  • For Alliance players, head outside the Gates of Ironforge and descend the hill. Look to your right, and you'll find the Alliance Brewfest Camp. Ipfelkofer Ironkeg, the main barker, can be found at coordinates /way 47 39.

Horde players should journey to the western side of Durotar, beyond the Gates of Orgrimmar, to locate the Horde Brewfest Camp. After entering Orgrimmar, turn right and pass a barracks camp to find Tapper Swindlekeg, the main barker, at coordinates /way 45 17.

You'll also find Beer Gardens at major cities, including Shattrath, where you can indulge in a variety of tasty food and refreshing beverages.

  • Brewfest Boss: Coren Direbrew

  • In the Wrath of the Lich King Classic, the infamous Coren Direbrew makes his residence at the Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths. Just like Ahune, Coren Direbrew can be summoned once per person per day by accepting the daily quest "Insult Coren Direbrew" available at the Grim Guzzler. This is a level 75 Daily Dungeon quest that requires a minimum level of 65.

Prepare for an epic battle, as Coren Direbrew is a level 73 Elite boss, known for his challenging encounters. Defeating him grants the opportunity to acquire various valuable items, including four Elite trinkets, a selection of stamina trinkets, an intriguing dagger, and even the highly coveted mounts, the Great Brewfest Kodo and the Swift Brewfest Ram!

    • Elite Trinkets

Note: The Elite trinkets listed below are iLevel 200 and require level 80. We anticipate updated versions to be released for the 2023 holiday, and we will provide further details once the information becomes available.

    • Brawler's Souvenir
    • Ancient Pickled Egg
    • Mithril Pocketwatch
    • Coren's Chromium Coaster

    • Stamina Trinkets

In addition to the Elite trinkets, Coren Direbrew can also drop two stamina trinkets. These trinkets offer unique abilities that can be advantageous in combat:

    • Bubbling Brightbrew Charm: Summons The Brewmaiden, who will heal your party every 2 seconds.
    • Bitter Balebrew Charm: Summons The Black Brewmaiden, who will smite your enemies with empty tankards.

You can show your appreciation to either summoned brewmaiden by waving at her and receive delicious Brewfest Brew for free!

Additionally, Coren Direbrew has a chance to drop the fearsome Direbrew's Bloody Shanker, a level 200 dagger that resembles a broken bottle. It's as lethal as it looks!

If you're looking for a more convenient way to farm Coren Direbrew, keep an eye out for a useful item called Direbrew's Remote. This handy item allows you to summon a Mole Machine, which transports your entire party directly to the Grim Guzzler, saving you the trouble of fighting your way in.

    Final Thoughts

The Brewfest Event in Wrath of the Lich King Classic is truly a celebration worth experiencing. With its exciting quests, unique trinkets, and the chance to obtain impressive mounts, it's an event that should not be missed. So gather your friends, head to the Brewfest Camps, and enjoy the festivities. Cheers to Brewfest!
