The new zone in Patch 10.2, the Enchanted Grove, is filled with exciting world events for players to enjoy. In this blog post, we'll provide a detailed overview of all the new events that will be available with the patch!

TL;DR on Enchanted Grove Events

If you're not interested in all the details, here's a quick summary of the events:

  • Superblooms: The main weekly event, occurring hourly, offering rewards like gear and reputation.
  • Enchanted Frenzy: Follows a Superbloom and provides opportunities to earn currency and powerful loot.
  • Enchanted Bounties: Non-timed events where players can plant Dreamseeds and earn various rewards.

Superblooms

Superblooms are captivating world events that take place every hour on the top of the hour in the Enchanted Grove. During a Superbloom, players are tasked with assisting the ancient tree known as the Verdant Sentinel in bringing life back to the grove.

Superbloom event consists of four steps, each lasting 5 minutes:

  1. Water Lilies: Help spread the beauty of the grove by watering lilies and earn extra rewards.
  2. Defeat Primalist Mobs: Battle waves of Primalist mobs to protect the grove from their influence.
  3. Pull Weeds: Clear the grove of invasive weeds and earn additional rewards.
  4. Defeat Primalist Leader: If enough Primalist mobs are defeated, the leader, Marikke, will spawn for a chance at extra loot.

The first completion of a Superbloom each week grants players the following rewards:

  • 1000 reputation with the Grove Guardians
  • A piece of ilvl 441 gear
  • 15 Flightstones
  • A Gigantic Dreamseed, used in Emerald Bounties

Subsequent completions of Superblooms award 50 Grove Guardians reputation, Flightstones, and lesser quality Dreamseeds known as Plump Dreamseeds.

Enchanted Frenzies

Enchanted Frenzies are mini-events that occur immediately after a Superbloom ends. These frenzies last for 10 minutes and empower mobs in the area. Participating in Frenzies provides players with opportunities to earn two valuable items:

  • Emerald Dewdrops: A currency used to feed Emerald Bounties
  • Slumbering Dream Fragments: Gather 5 Dream Fragments to create a Renewed Dream chest, containing valuable loot such as recipes, gear, and Dreamseeds.

Enchanted Bounties

If players plant Dreamseeds at specific mud piles scattered around the Enchanted Grove, they can trigger Enchanted Bounties. Unlike Superblooms and Enchanted Frenzies, these bounties are not timed events. Locations of the bounty mud piles can be seen on the minimap while exploring the Enchanted Grove.

There are three types of Dreamseeds players can receive:

  • Small Dreamseeds
  • Plump Dreamseeds (which may award Battle Pets)
  • Gigantic Dreamseeds (which may award mounts)

It is currently unknown which specific pets or mounts can be obtained from these seeds.

Once a Dreamseed is planted, players have 3 minutes to contribute Emerald Dewdrops to nurture its growth. A total of 500 Emerald Dewdrops are required to fully grow any Dreamseed. During the growth cycle, players can earn additional Emerald Dewdrops by interacting with destructive critters, removing weeds, or eliminating overgrown lashers in the vicinity of the bounty area.

After 3 minutes have passed, a bounty bag will drop near the grown Sapling. Opening this bag will reward players with Seedblooms, used to purchase cosmetic items, profession materials, Flightstones, and a chance at gear.

Conclusion

The Enchanted Grove introduces exciting world events that offer unique challenges and valuable rewards. Superblooms, Enchanted Frenzies, and Enchanted Bounties provide players with a variety of activities to engage in while exploring this mystical zone. So, gather your friends and dive into the wonders of the Enchanted Grove!
