Unveiling Deephaul Ravine: The Newest Battleground in The War Within - A 10v10 Escort & Control PvP Experience
Today, I want to talk about the exciting new 10v10 Battleground, Deephaul Ravine, that will be featured in The War Within expansion. This Earthen-themed battleground is set in the beautiful Ringing Deeps of Khaz Algar and combines elements from both Silvershard Mines and Arathi Basin.
Deephaul Ravine - New 10v10 Battleground
In Deephaul Ravine, players from the Alliance and Horde will engage in intense battles to collect 1500 resources. This can be achieved by escorting mine carts and controlling a central crystal control point. The map is designed symmetrically to ensure a fair and balanced PvP experience.

Although we weren't able to queue for Deephaul Ravine during the Alpha testing phase, we did get a sneak peek of the battleground through the presskit.
Loading Screen & Queue
Deephaul Ravine introduces a brand new loading screen that sets the mood for the upcoming battle. To participate in the battleground, players will need to queue through the LFG PvP UI.

While we couldn't datamine an updated map of Deephaul Ravine, we do have access to an overhead view of the battleground showcased at Blizzcon 2023. The map highlights the mine paths, central gem control point, and faction graveyards, giving us a glimpse of the strategic layout.
