The prevailing theory is that this Rune is somehow tied to the NPC known as the Injured Gnome, as revealed in datamined information. However, our diligent search has yet to uncover the whereabouts of this mysterious Knight. While we can't say for certain that this NPC is connected to the Rune, the name itself hints at a healing spell, which aligns with Light's Grace.
