All 12 Fresh Unique Items Featured in Diablo 4 PTR Patch 1.4.0

Diablo 4 Patch 1.4.0 brings fresh excitement to the game with the addition of 12 new Unique items! Among these exclusives are an Uber Unique and a general Unique item that is available to all classes, along with 10 class-specific Unique items, two for each class. The latest Diablo 4 PTR Patch Notes, specifically Patch 1.4.0, is the talk of the town amongst players.

General Additions

The new patch introduces some exciting changes and improvements to the game. One of the highlights is the inclusion of 12 new Unique items, each with their own unique abilities and powers.

New Unique Items

• Tyrael's Might – Uber Unique Chest Armor

This powerful chest armor empowers your skills when your Life is at full. It unleashes a divine barrage of damage, enabling you to decimate your enemies with divine fury.

• Yen's Blessing – Unique Boots

These unique boots have the ability to cast a non-mobility, non-ultimate skill with a 20-30% chance whenever you cast a skill that is on cooldown. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds, providing you with an extra edge in combat.

Barbarian Class Unique Items

The Barbarian class receives two unique items: Arreat's Bearing and Twin Strikes.

• Arreat's Bearing - Unique Pants

Summoned Ancients receive an empowering effect from these unique pants. Korlic, one of the Ancients, can create an Earthquake that deals physical damage over a period of 4 seconds when he leaps, while Talic leaves behind Dust Devils that continuously damage enemies as he whirlwinds. Mawdac, the last Ancient, can ignite the ground, burning enemies for additional damage over 4 seconds when he upheaves the ground.

• Twin Strikes - Unique Gloves

After casting four times, your next Double Swing will hit an additional two times, each hit dealing 10-25% increased damage. This unique ability enhances your offensive capabilities, allowing you to unleash devastating attacks on your foes.

Druid Class Unique Items

The Druid class is also blessed with two unique items: Earthbreaker and Wildheart Hunger.

• Earthbreaker - Unique Ring

When you cast a skill with this unique ring equipped, the ground erupts in tectonic spikes that continue to damage enemies over the course of 2 seconds. Additionally, there is a 20-30% chance that casting in this area will spawn additional pillars, providing even more destructive potential.

• Wildheart Hunger - Unique Boots

Shapeshifting into either a Werewolf or a Werebear triggers the Wildheart effect for 5 seconds with these unique boots. The Wildheart effect grants you 1%-1.5% increased damage with Shapeshifting Skills every 2 seconds, stacking up to 20 times. This powerful boost allows you to unleash even deadlier attacks while in beast form.

Necromancer Class Unique Items

The Necromancer class gains two powerful unique items: Ebonpiercer and Cruor's Embrace.

• Ebonpiercer - Unique Amulet

Besides its primary ability, this unique amulet also shoots 4 smaller projectiles that pierce through enemies, dealing shadow damage over a duration of 3 seconds. This extra damage adds an additional layer of power to your attacks.

• Cruor's Embrace - Unique Gloves

These unique gloves allow you to consume corpses to trigger mini novas, dealing damage to enemies. The initial cast's damage increases by 10% per target drained, up to 50%. Additionally, the damage is further increased by 20% for each Corpse consumed, enabling you to unleash devastating attacks on your foes.

Rogue Class Unique Items

The Rogue class receives Scoundrel's Kiss and Saboteur's Signet as their unique items.

• Scoundrel's Kiss - Unique Ring

This unique ring enhances your offensive capabilities by causing your character to lob exploding arrows, dealing 15%-25% increased damage. With this item equipped, you become an even more formidable force on the battlefield.

• Saboteur's Signet - Unique Ring

When casting the Flurry skill, there is a 15-30% chance that Stun Grenades will be released, dealing physical damage and stunning enemies for 1 second. Additionally, your Grenade Skills gain a 5% Lucky Hit Chance, increasing their effectiveness in battle.

Sorcerer Class Unique Items

The Sorcerer class benefits from two unique items: Fractured Winterglass and Flameweaver.

• Fractured Winterglass – Unique Amulet

When casting a skill with this unique amulet, there is a 35-50% chance to spawn a random Conjuration when it explodes. Furthermore, with a Lucky Hit, your Conjurations gain up to a 70-100% chance to launch an additional projectile at nearby enemies, dealing even more damage.

• Flameweaver – Unique Gloves

This unique item enhances your casting ability. When casting a skill, your character's projectiles split into four bolts, each dealing 80-100% more damage. With this enhanced casting ability, you become a true force of destruction against your foes.
