Leveling Battle Pets Quickly: Super Squirt Day for US/OCE Realms on March 28th

March 28, 2024 3 minutes

Hey there, fellow pet battlers! It's WowCarry here, bringing you some exciting news. Super Squirt is finally live for US/OCE realms starting today, March 28th (29th for Oceanic realms)! For those who aren't familiar, Super Squirt is a rare occurrence where the Sign of the Critter aligns with Squirt being active in the Garrison Menagerie. It's not something that happens often, only a few times a year, so it's definitely an event worth taking advantage of.

Now, you might be wondering why Super Squirt is such a big deal for pet battlers. Well, let me tell you a few reasons:

  1. With a Safari Hat or Lesser Pet Treat, you can level up any pet from levels 1-25 in just two battles. Talk about efficiency!
  2. You can repeat the Squirt battle as many times as you want, allowing you to level up multiple pets in a short amount of time.
  3. The Squirt battle itself is pretty quick, usually taking only 2-3 minutes on average.
  4. Squirt has a predictable move set, making it easier to strategize and consistently win battles without your carry pet being defeated.
  5. An added bonus is that Squirt is conveniently located right next to Lio the Lioness or Serr'ah, so you can instantly heal up your pets.

Now that you know why Super Squirt is so important, let's talk about some strategies to defeat Squirt efficiently. I have a strategy that I personally prefer, but feel free to check out the comment section on Squirt for additional alternatives. And remember, don't forget your hat or treat!

Super Squirt Strategies

  • Pets: Enchanted Broom (Level 25) - Batter, Sweep, Wind-Up; Carry pet; Weebomination (Level 25) - Cleave

Attack order:

  1. Use Sweep
  2. Switch to Carry Pet
  3. Switch to Weebomination
  4. Use Cleave until Weebomination dies
  5. Bring out Enchanted Broom
  6. Use Batter

Notes: You can try replacing Weebomination with another pet that has the Cleave ability, or bring Boneshard with BONESTORM for some added damage.

  • Pets: Bronze Whelpling (Level 25) - Tail Sweep, Early Advantage (must be H/S or S/S breed); Widget the Departed (Level 25) - Spectral Strike, Prowl

Attack order:

  1. Use Tail Sweep x4
  2. Use Early Advantage
  3. Bring out Widget the Departed
  4. Use Spectral Strike
  5. Switch to carry pet
  6. Switch to Widget the Departed
  7. Use Prowl
  8. Use Spectral Strike

Notes: This is by far the fastest strategy, but the pets required can be quite specific and expensive to obtain, especially in certain breeds. You can try using a Spectral Tiger Cub as an alternative.

  • Pets: Sunglow Cobra (Level 25, P/S breed required) - Bite, Solar Beam, Sunlight; Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling - Explode; Carry pet

Attack order:

  1. Use Sunlight
  2. Swap to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
  3. Use Explode
  4. Bring in Carry Pet
  5. Swap to Sunglow Cobra
  6. Use Bite
  7. Use Solar Beam
  8. Pass
  9. Pass
  10. Use Solar Beam

Notes: This strategy is also quite fast, but it does require a P/S breed Cobra. If you don't have one, you can try using other pets with the Explode ability in place of the Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling.

So there you have it, my friends! Some efficient strategies to tackle Squirt during the Super Squirt event. Remember to make the most of this rare occurrence and level up those pets. Happy battling!

Conclusion

Super Squirt is a pet battler's dream come true, allowing you to level up pets quickly and efficiently. With the right strategies and a few tips and tricks, you'll be breezing through the Squirt battles in no time. Don't miss out on this rare opportunity and make sure to mark those upcoming Super Squirt dates on your calendar. Happy pet battling, everyone!
