Patch 10.2 Mythic+ Adjustments - Updated Routes and Spell Adjustments
Season 3 Mythic+ dungeons in World of Warcraft have received a new round of hotfixes, bringing several spell adjustments and changes to enemy mobs. In this post, written by WowCarry, we will explore the latest updates and how they affect your dungeon runs.
Base Health and Damage Changes
Several mobs have received adjustments to their base health and damage values. While not an exhaustive list, here are some of the notable changes:

| Risen Arcanist's Arcane Blitz | Cast time reduced to 2 sec (was 2.5 sec) and the buff cannot be stolen |
| DOTI Multiple creatures' Infinite Fury | Damage decreased by 16.6% |
| Coalesced Moment's Tainted Sands | Cast time is now instant (was 1 second) but can now be Spell Reflected |
| Everbloom Melded Berserker's Bounding Whirl | Damage reduced by 8.3% |
| Hapless Assistant's Fungal Fist | Damage reduced by 25% |
| Addled Arcanomancer's Arcane Blast | Damage reduced by 33% |
| Infested Icecaller's Frostbolt | Damage reduced by 11.1% and cast time increased to 2.5 seconds (was 2 sec) |
| Putrid Pyromancer's Pyroblast | Damage reduced by 31.2% |
Note: Arcane Blast and Frostbolt now deal the same damage, while Pyroblast deals 27% more damage than the others and is still a priority interrupt.
Count Changes
The way count works in certain dungeons has been adjusted. Here are some of the count changes:
Everbloom
- Melded Berserker is now worth 4 count (was 5)
- Naturalist is now worth 4 count (was 5)
Gloom Horror
- Count reduced to 2 (was 4)
Infected Peasant
- Count reduced to 3 (was 4)
Dreadpetal
- Count reduced to 1 (was 2)
Waycrest
In the Waycrest dungeon, certain enemies have had their damage increased:
Coven Thornshaper's Infected Thorn
- Damage increased by 4/2.5
Heartsbane Runeweaver / Runic Disciple's Etch
- Damage increased by 20%
