Following the huge changes to the Heart of Azeroth in Rise of Azshara, there are minor changes coming in Visions of N'Zoth. The Heart of Azeroth no longer has a level cap. AP Level unlocks a new Minor slot at Level 75 and two new Perseverance slots at Levels 71 and 80. With this, the Heart of Azeroth progression effectively ends at Level 80.
