The latest Dragonflight Patch 10.2 PTR update introduces new inventory icons for upcoming cosmetic armor, trinkets, and more. These include a winged icon for the Dreadlord's Regalia Armor set and a dripping heart for the Fyrakk's Tainted Rageheart trinket. The remaining icons hint at a special Terrarium cape and tuskar boots.
